The difference between laboratory grown diamonds and mined diamonds are their respective points of origin. Otherwise, laboratory grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically the same as diamonds that are mined from the Earth.

As with mined diamonds, laboratory grown diamonds will vary in terms of price. That said, you can expect to pay considerably less which would make this very appealing proposition for a laboratory grown diamond than you would a mined diamond.

It?s a choice, a diamond that has taken a billion years to create in the wonder of the natural world or a diamond that man has created.

Diamond is the birthstone for April

Diamonds are given in celebration of your 60th Wedding Anniversary

Traditionally, Diamonds are seen as a symbol of faithfulness, commitment and relationships filled with love. This incredible natural stone is known as a love-bearing stone that is 'dependable in its virtues when received as a gift' which is why they have been used in engagement rings since the 15th century.

Diamonds are said to bring about new beginnings as well as clarity of mind and are said to aid enlightenment, this is yet another reason as to why they are used to symbolise a new chapter in your life - whether that is the start of a marriage or anniversaries further on in the relationship.
