Returns Policy

We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchases from Segals Jewellers. However, there may be occasions when you need to return an item.

Damaged Items

Please contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered to inform us that the item was damaged on receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging to our Hull address. On receipt of the item, and verifying the damage, we will replace or offer a full refund via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.

Unwanted Items

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can decide to return any item to us as long as you inform us within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned to our Hull address within 30 days of this notification, undamaged and in its original packaging, at your own expense. Once the item has been received we will issue a full refund via your original payment method, minus the delivery charge and any charges incurred due to sizing.
